By creating an account or using Trezure, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Trezure account. Some features may require a higher minimum age, location eligibility, identity or age checks, or additional rules. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Do not sell, transfer, or share your account without permission.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Trezure offers fantasy sports, lineup, contest, leaderboard, card collection, and reward experiences. Contest availability, formats, scoring, entry requirements, rewards, and eligibility may change and may be subject to separate official rules shown in the app.

Unless expressly stated in official rules for an eligible feature, Trezure does not offer gambling, sports betting, cash wagering, or cash prize redemption. Virtual items, cards, achievements, and in-app currency have no cash value unless a specific promotion or official rule says otherwise.

Purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, packs, or digital items may be offered through app stores or payment providers. Purchases are subject to the provider's terms, refund process, and billing rules. Digital items are licensed for use in Trezure and do not create ownership in real athletes, teams, leagues, statistics, or intellectual property.

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate scoring, or interfere with contests.
• Do not harass others, impersonate anyone, post unlawful content, or violate intellectual property rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to Trezure systems.
• Do not use Trezure where doing so would be unlawful or where you are not eligible.

Trezure may use sports statistics, team information, app store services, payment providers, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, hosting, and other third-party services. Trezure is not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional league, team, player, or player's association unless expressly stated.

We may suspend or terminate access to Trezure if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, or used Trezure unlawfully. You may stop using Trezure at any time and may request account deletion.

Trezure is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or that sports data will always be complete or accurate. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Trezure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms as the product, rules, or laws change. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, or another reasonable method.
